Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, continued to build on its post-festive momentum in November 2025 with dispatches touching 6,04,490 units. This marks a robust 31% year-on-year growth and reflects the strong consumer sentiment that has carried forward from the festive season into the broader market.
The month’s performance was buoyed by healthy demand in both urban and rural regions, aided further by GST benefits, favourable macro-economic conditions, and an ongoing revival in rural spending. These factors collectively strengthened overall traction in the two-wheeler segment, enabling Hero MotoCorp to sustain a steady upward trajectory.
A significant part of this momentum came from the company’s refreshed product portfolio. New launches such as the Xtreme 125R, GlamourX 125, Destini 110 and Xoom 160 resonated strongly with customers. The company witnessed encouraging dealership footfalls, improved retail conversions, and steady VAHAN registration trends, signalling continued customer confidence across its commuter as well as premium bikes and scooters. Enhanced marketing initiatives and strong retail sentiment helped maintain a solid pipeline of demand through the month.
Hero’s electric mobility brand, VIDA, sustained its growth streak with 12,199 VAHAN registrations, translating into a 66% year-on-year increase. With a 10.4% market share, VIDA remained one of the fastest-growing EV brands in the country. The VIDA E-Scooter VX2 continued to drive retail demand, while the newly introduced VX2 Go 3.4 kWh variant helped widen the company’s EV customer base. High consumer interest across key markets ensured a healthy bookings momentum for the brand.
On the global front, Hero MotoCorp maintained a strong footing with exports rising to 33,970 units, a solid 70% jump over last year. Demand for models like the Hunk 125R, Hunk 160R, and the Eco Series continued to accelerate volumes in Latin America, while the Hunter Series drove performance across African markets. The company also made progress in Europe with its Euro5+ compliant lineup, strengthening its presence in new international territories.
Hero MotoCorp reiterated its focus on bolstering supply chain agility to meet diverse demand across domestic and global markets. With growing traction in electric mobility, expanding international operations, and a consistent emphasis on product innovation and premium offerings, the company continues to reinforce its leadership in the two-wheeler industry.
As per the latest VAHAN data (excluding Telangana) updated on December 1, 2025, the company’s November and year-to-date figures reflect a blend of sustained retail strength and expanding market penetration. Motorcycles contributed 5,39,128 units in November, while scooters accounted for 65,362 units. Domestic dispatches stood at 5,70,520 units, complemented by strong export numbers.
