Tata Motors posted an impressive sales performance in November 2025, with total domestic and international volumes rising to 35,539 units. This is a clear jump from the 27,636 units recorded in November 2024, reflecting a solid 29% year-on-year growth for the automaker.
The company saw broad-based momentum across all major segments. In the heavy commercial vehicle category, Tata Motors delivered 10,181 HCV trucks during the month, compared to 7,586 units a year ago, marking a robust 34% rise. The ILMCV truck segment performed just as strongly, increasing to 5,905 units from 4,374 units last year, which amounts to 35% growth.
Passenger carrier sales grew at a steadier pace, reaching 3,340 units in November 2025 against 3,022 units in the same period of 2024. The small commercial vehicle and pickup range continued to be one of the company’s key volume drivers, with sales touching 13,327 units compared to 11,201 units last year.
In the domestic market, Tata Motors sold 32,753 units in November 2025, up from 26,183 units in November 2024. This reflects a healthy 25% growth in India, supported by strong demand across infrastructure, logistics, and last-mile mobility segments. The company’s international business also delivered a standout performance, nearly doubling its volumes with 2,786 units sold, compared to 1,453 units a year earlier—a substantial 92% year-on-year rise.
The medium, heavy, and intermediate commercial vehicle category continued to deliver strong numbers. Domestic MH&ICV sales reached 16,118 units in November 2025 versus 12,481 units in November 2024, registering 29% growth. When combining domestic and international markets, total MH&ICV sales climbed to 17,607 units, significantly higher than the 13,230 units recorded a year ago, translating into 33% growth.
