Quick Heal Technologies Limited has signed a major contract with the NFSU Research and Innovation Council (NFSU-RIC) to implement a full suite of Integrated Cyber Security Solutions. This collaboration strengthens Quick Heal’s position in India’s cybersecurity ecosystem and deepens its engagement with government institutions.

The company said that this initiative perfectly aligns with its ongoing focus on advanced cyber security offerings and supports its strategic goal of delivering robust and scalable protection to a wider customer base. Under the agreement, Quick Heal will provide end-to-end cyber security solutions designed to enhance the digital safety framework of NFSU-RIC. The project carries a tenure of five years.

NFSU, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has awarded the contract domestically. The engagement is valued at ₹64.25 crore, marking one of the significant commercial wins for Quick Heal in recent times. According to the company, this contract not only reflects its leadership in the cyber security domain but is also expected to pave the way for similar long-term government projects in the future.

Quick Heal clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party arrangement.
