PNC Infratech Limited announced its financial results for the second quarter (Q2 FY26), reporting a strong jump in profitability even as revenue and margins declined compared to the same period last year.

The company posted a net profit of ₹216 crore, marking a sharp 159% increase from ₹83.45 crore in Q2 FY25.

However, revenue slipped 21% year-on-year, coming in at ₹1,128 crore versus ₹1,427 crore in the previous year’s quarter, indicating a slowdown in project execution.

Operating performance also softened, with EBITDA declining 29% to ₹253 crore from ₹356 crore a year ago. The EBITDA margin narrowed to 22.44%, compared to 24.98% in Q2 FY25.
