Around 500 companies will be releasing their second-quarter results for the financial year 2025–26 (Q2 FY26) on Wednesday, November 12. Among the key names are Hindustan Aeronautics, Tata Steel, IRCTC, Ashok Leyland, Honasa Consumer, Info Edge, Cochin Shipyard, and Asian Paints, which are expected to declare their earnings later in the day.
It is an earnings-heavy week for Dalal Street, with more than 2,500 companies scheduled to announce their Q2 results through the week.
Tata Steel Q2 results preview
Tata Steel is anticipated to post a significant recovery in profit for the September quarter, driven by lower input costs and higher domestic sales volumes, even as global steel prices remain weak.
According to Kotak Institutional Equities, standalone volumes are expected to rise 9% year-on-year and 17% quarter-on-quarter to 5.6 million tonnes, aided by a demand rebound after the monsoon-affected first quarter.
India EBITDA per tonne is estimated at Rs 14,407, reflecting a 3.6% sequential decline but a 20% year-on-year improvement, as lower realizations are partly offset by reduced coking coal costs and operational savings.
IRCTC Q2 results preview
IRCTC is expected to report steady growth year-on-year, with consistent performance across its catering, ticketing, and tourism segments.
Analysts project revenue at Rs 1,170 crore, up from Rs 1,064 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA is estimated to improve to Rs 409 crore from Rs 372 crore in the same period last year.
Hindustan Aeronautics Q2 results preview
Brokerage firm Choice Broking expects Hindustan Aeronautics to post a strong quarter, with revenue growth of 36% QoQ and 10% YoY, led by accelerated deliveries in fighter aircraft and helicopters and consistent execution in the MRO segment.
EBITDA is likely to rise 40% QoQ, with margins improving to 27.4%, while PAT is estimated to grow 24% QoQ and 13% YoY, supported by a favorable product mix.
