Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with V-Mart Retail Ltd. to provide its advanced Zaggle Zoyer Platform. The collaboration marks a key step in Zaggle’s efforts to expand its technology-driven solutions within the retail sector.
As per the agreement details, Zaggle will offer its Zoyer Platform to V-Mart for a period of 36 months. The partnership aims to enhance V-Mart’s operational and digital efficiency through Zaggle’s innovative spend management and rewards technology. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, V-Mart Retail Ltd., and is not classified as a related-party transaction.
This long-term collaboration highlights Zaggle’s growing presence in India’s digital transformation space, strengthening its position as a trusted fintech and SaaS solutions provider for large retail enterprises.
