Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL) shares rose more than 3% in early trade after the company reported a healthy set of numbers for the second quarter of FY25. As of 9:39 AM, the shares were trading 3.64% higher at Rs 340.60.
On a consolidated basis, revenue for Q2FY25 increased 6.9% year-on-year to ₹717 crore, compared to ₹671 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s EBITDA jumped 23.8% to ₹153 crore from ₹123 crore, with margins improving to 21.3% from 18.4% a year ago.
Net profit surged 29.6% to ₹17.9 crore against ₹13.8 crore in the corresponding period last year.
