RateGain Travel Technologies said it has expanded its partnership with Royal Orchid Hotels to deploy its AI-first UNO suite across the group’s portfolio, including the newly launched luxury and lifestyle brand, ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts. The unified stack—covering booking engine, VIVA AI voice agent, smart distribution and demand booster—aims to lift direct bookings, streamline operations and improve profitability on a single platform.
Royal Orchid, which operates 123 hotels and plans to scale beyond 250, has long used RateGain’s distribution and intelligence products; the expanded deal is billed as one of RateGain’s largest full-suite integrations to date. Executives from both companies said the tie-up is designed to support rapid, multi-brand expansion while lowering distribution costs and delivering a more consistent guest experience.
RateGain, a provider of AI-powered SaaS for travel and hospitality, works with more than 3,200 customers globally; the company framed the agreement as further evidence that hotel groups are consolidating fragmented commercial tech onto unified, AI-led platforms.
