The project involves executing the construction for Embassy Business Hub Phase II in Bengaluru, reflecting the company’s continued expertise in handling large-scale infrastructure projects.
The order, valued at ₹295 Crores (excluding GST), is expected to be completed over a period of approximately 18 months. Being awarded by a domestic entity, this project further strengthens B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited’s position in India’s construction sector. Importantly, neither the promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the client, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
