Kallam Textiles Limited (formerly Kallam Spinning Mills Limited) on Friday informed that Union Bank of India has served a possession notice dated September 12, 2025, under Section 13 of the SARFAESI Act at its Hydel unit located in Nelakondapalli, Khammam, Telangana.
The notice, issued under Section 13 of the SARFAESI Act read with Rule 8 of the said rules, marks a significant development for the company. The move comes as part of the bank’s enforcement actions in relation to outstanding obligations.
In its regulatory filing, Kallam Textiles stated that it has received the notice formally and assured that it will continue to update the exchanges on further developments in this matter
