Top Gainers
Among the top gainers, Eicher Motors rose 2.7% to ₹6,151, Hindustan Unilever added 2.3% to ₹2,692.7, and Maruti Suzuki India gained 1.9% to ₹14,720. ITC advanced 1.0% to ₹403.4, while Nestle India and Tata Consultancy Services were up 0.5% each at ₹1,159.2 and ₹3,157 respectively. Eternal climbed 0.5% to ₹320.8, Hero MotoCorp inched up 0.2% to ₹5,074.9, and Asian Paints closed flat at ₹2,493.
Top Losers
On the other hand, Shriram Finance declined 4.0% to ₹595.9, while Sun Pharmaceutical slipped 3.4% to ₹1,601.2. Tata Steel dropped 2.9% to ₹155.1, and Bajaj Finance shed 2.8% to ₹876. Trent lost 2.5% to ₹5,290, and Bajaj Finserv fell 2.2% to ₹1,921. Coal India ended 2.1% lower at ₹372.2, while Reliance Industries and Adani Ports were down 2.0% each at ₹1,383.8 and ₹1,313.4 respectively. Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories slipped 1.8% to ₹1,261.1.
