PNC Infratech Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of ₹431.32 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, marking a 25.03% decline from ₹575.17 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations dropped 34.4% year-on-year to ₹1,422.80 crore compared to ₹2,167.51 crore in Q1 FY25. The fall in revenue reflects lower project execution during the quarter.

Profit before tax came in at ₹501.85 crore, compared with ₹767.81 crore in the same period last year. The company incurred a tax expense of ₹70.53 crore for the quarter.
PNC Infratech continues to focus on its infrastructure development projects, particularly in roads, highways, and urban infrastructure, as it navigates a period of slower topline growth.
