Apar Industries Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of ₹262.91 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), marking a year-on-year growth of 30% compared to ₹202.54 crore in Q1 FY25.
The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹5,104.16 crore, a significant increase from ₹4,010.52 crore in the same quarter last year, driven by improved sales performance across key business segments.
Total income rose to ₹5,226.89 crore during the quarter under review, up from ₹4,025.82 crore in Q1 FY25. Sales contributed ₹5,084.20 crore to the top line, while other operating income and miscellaneous income added to the total.
Total expenses climbed to ₹4,886.80 crore from ₹3,755.43 crore in the year-ago period, with material consumption and stock-in-trade purchases being major contributors. Despite cost pressures, Apar posted an EBITDA of ₹513.80 crore, underscoring operational efficiency.
Profit before tax came in at ₹352.52 crore, compared to ₹270.39 crore a year ago. Earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹65.45 from ₹50.42.
The company attributed the strong quarterly performance to solid execution across verticals, continued demand momentum, and a diversified portfolio that helped mitigate supply-side challenges.
