APL Apollo Tubes Ltd reported a 23% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹237.17 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹193.17 crore in the same quarter last year. However, profit declined sequentially from ₹293.11 crore in Q4 FY25.

The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹5,169.77 crore, marking a 3.9% increase from ₹4,974.30 crore in Q1 FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue was down from ₹5,508.60 crore in Q4 FY25.

Total income, including other income of ₹25.57 crore, reached ₹5,195.34 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹4,999.01 crore a year earlier.

Total expenses rose to ₹4,885.39 crore from ₹4,746.99 crore in Q1 FY25. The cost of materials consumed was ₹4,132.56 crore, while purchases of traded goods amounted to ₹189.98 crore.

Profit before tax stood at ₹309.95 crore, up from ₹252.02 crore in the same quarter last year.

Tax expense for the quarter came in at ₹72.78 crore, resulting in a profit after tax of ₹237.17 crore.
