Synergy Green Industries Limited (SGIL) announced that it has secured a development order from Adani Wind, the wind energy division of Adani New Industries Ltd., to manufacture parts for its 3.3 MW wind turbine platform.

The Kolhapur-based company informed stock exchanges on July 8, 2025, that the development phase for these components is expected to be completed by the third quarter of FY26, with serial production starting in Q4 FY26.

Order to double business with Adani Wind

This new order is projected to significantly boost Synergy Green’s business with Adani Wind. Based on forecasted volumes, the company expects its order book with Adani Wind to grow from ₹20 crore in FY25 to ₹40 crore in FY26.

Synergy Green is already a serial supplier of bearing housing castings for Adani’s 5 MW turbine platform. This additional development order strengthens its position as a key supplier of large, critical castings for wind turbine components.

Strategic positioning in renewable energy

Synergy Green highlighted that this contract further consolidates its leadership in the renewable energy sector. With its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, the company supplies critical components to leading global wind OEMs.

The company also advised investors that the order book projections are based on Adani Wind’s forecast and business allocation to Synergy Green and should be interpreted accordingly.
