Wipro Limited, a global technology services and consulting firm, has entered into a multiyear agreement with Entrust, a company focused on identity-centric security solutions. Under the agreement, Wipro will support Entrust in scaling its operations and accelerating growth by providing strategic IT resources.
The scope of the partnership includes support for product development, infrastructure services, and application modernization. Wipro plans to use generative AI-based tools to improve self-service capabilities, aiming to enhance user experience, speed up query resolution, and reduce support response times.
In addition, the collaboration will focus on strengthening application security by using data analytics to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide insights for more secure software development.
This partnership is expected to help Entrust improve operational efficiency, support its digital transformation goals, and manage IT costs more effectively.
