Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has announced the appointment of Asha Kharga as its Chief Customer Officer (CCO), effective from July 1, 2025. The company confirmed this leadership change in an exchange filing on Monday.
Asha Kharga brings with her extensive experience in brand strategy, customer engagement, and digital transformation, having held senior positions within the Mahindra Group and other major organizations. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing customer experience across all touchpoints of Mahindra Holidays, ensuring stronger brand loyalty and deeper engagement.
The company believes this strategic appointment will help drive its customer-centric growth agenda, especially as it looks to scale its Club Mahindra portfolio in India and overseas.
