Atul Auto Limited reported an 18.06% year-on-year rise in total three-wheeler vehicle sales (domestic + export) for March 2025, with sales climbing to 3,693 units from 3,128 units in March 2024. The surge was led by strong growth in IC engine and L5 electric vehicle (EV) segments.
IC engine three-wheeler sales rose 32.36% YoY to 2,990 units in March 2025, compared to 2,259 units in the same month last year. The L5 EV category witnessed a massive 475% jump, with sales at 230 units versus 40 units a year ago. However, L3 EV sales saw a decline of 42.94% YoY, totaling 473 units.
For the full financial year (FY24-25), Atul Auto’s total sales stood at 34,012 units, representing a 30.62% growth compared to 26,039 units in FY23-24. IC engine three-wheeler sales grew 35.84% to 25,375 units, while L5 EV sales jumped 266.37% to 1,667 units. L3 EV sales remained largely flat at 6,970 units.
The L5 EV segment, driven by subsidiary Atul Greentech Pvt. Ltd., contributed significantly to the company’s electric mobility footprint, with 234 vehicles sold in March 2025 alone.
