V.S.T Tillers Tractors Ltd. recorded a significant 64% year-on-year growth in combined sales of power tillers and tractors for March 2025. The company sold 7,892 units in March this year, compared to 4,823 units in March 2024. This surge was led primarily by a sharp increase in power tiller sales.
Power tiller sales stood at 7,221 units in March 2025, up from 4,061 units in the same month last year. However, tractor sales for the month dropped to 671 units from 762 units a year ago.
For the full financial year (April 2024 to March 2025), the company sold 42,584 units in total, marking a 1.7% growth compared to 41,868 units sold in FY24. Of this, power tillers accounted for 37,297 units, slightly higher than 36,480 units in the previous year, while tractor sales stood at 5,287 units, marginally down from 5,388 units in FY24.
These numbers reflect continued strength in the company’s core power tiller segment, even as tractor volumes remain muted.
