The scope of work under the contract includes the construction of Important Bridge No. 57 for the down and middle lines, consisting of 2×30.5m OWG + 7×91.4m OWG + 2×30.5m OWG spans. Additionally, the project covers viaduct construction on either approach, with multiple composite girders, and the development of Kolaghat Station on an elevated platform on diverted alignment along the Howrah-Kharagpur route. The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) mode.

This contract win marks a significant milestone for GPT Infraprojects, further strengthening its presence in the infrastructure sector.
