BeTogether, a pioneering brand from Omaxe Group, has secured a contract from Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) to modernize six major bus terminals—Ghaziabad, Lucknow (Gomti Nagar), Prayagraj, Kaushambi, Ayodhya, and Lucknow (Amausi). This ambitious project, developed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, aims to enhance public transport infrastructure while integrating state-of-the-art commercial spaces.
With an investment of INR 2,700 crore, these projects are expected to generate INR 4,700 crore in revenue. The total saleable area spans 45.59 lakh sqft, with a combined built-up area of 70.80 lakh sqft.
The new bus terminals will feature cutting-edge amenities, including automated ticketing systems, real-time digital displays, AC waiting lounges, escalators, lifts, and advanced security measures. Passenger convenience is a priority, with modern washrooms, diverse food courts, comfortable seating with charging stations, and EV charging points.
Each terminal is strategically located near residential and commercial hubs, fostering economic growth. These projects will integrate retail spaces, banquet halls, studio apartments, office spaces, and ample parking, making them key business and transit hubs.
