Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, a prominent real estate developer in India, has announced plans to develop a substantial industrial park in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project, situated on NH47 between Bavla and Bagodara, will cover approximately 440 acres and is projected to generate a top-line revenue of around ₹1,350 crore.

This initiative aims to create a comprehensive ecosystem for industries, featuring amenities such as a common effluent treatment plant, zero liquid discharge systems, labor and executive housing, weight bridges, and logistics zones. The strategic location offers connectivity to key regions, including Saurashtra, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and major ports like Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav. The project is expected to significantly contribute to the industrial development of Gujarat.

In 2024, Arvind SmartSpaces expanded its portfolio by signing a new plotted development project in Ahmedabad’s Lakshmanpura area. Spanning approximately 40 acres with a potential revenue of around ₹250 crore, this project marked the company’s 20th in Gujarat and its third in West Ahmedabad. The development is part of Arvind SmartSpaces’ strategy to strengthen its presence in high-potential micro-markets, particularly in the western region of Ahmedabad.

These developments underscore Arvind SmartSpaces’ commitment to enhancing industrial infrastructure and residential offerings in Gujarat, contributing to the region’s economic growth and urban development.
