Actress Kangana Ranaut paid a tribute to martyr Bhagat Singh over her Twitter handle to mark his 113th birth anniversary on 28th September. Bhagat Singh played a very big role in the freedom struggle in the year 1857. He was executed at a young age of 23 by the British Government in order to stop the freedom movement from the beginning.
Sharing a photo of the freedom fighter, Kangana Ranaut wrote, “Mera Rang de Basanti Chola O mera Rang De Basanti Chola… #BhagatSingh.”

Kangana Ranaut is currently at her home in Manali. She was earlier shooting for her upcoming movie ‘Thalaivi’ which was stopped due to the nationwide lockdown and from there, she travelled to Himachal Pradesh with her family. Since then, the actress has been in her hometown and has been sharing photos from her home.
Her upcoming movie, ‘Thalaivi’ is a biopic on, Jayalalithaa, an actress who later became a politician. After which, she is supposed to start shooting for the next film ‘Tejas, where we will see Kangana as an Indian Air Force Pilot in the movie. The movie will have Sarvesh Mewara as the director.
