Kangana Ranaut who made brief visit to Mumbai, jetted off back to her hometown, Manali in Himachal Pradesh yesterday. She will now remain home quarantined for next 10 days as reported in Republic. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the actress will be following self isolation as per the state’s quarantine rule. Also after the actress flew to Manali along with sister Rangoli Chandel, members of the health department had arrived at her Manali residence on Monday.
Pertaining to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, the actress had termed his death being a murder and not suicide, followed by calling out bigwigs of Bollywood, asking why they never recognised his work. Her war of words led to a lot of heat on the social media platforms, followed by her latest analogy, where she compared Mumbai to PoK. Post which her office space located in Bandra was taken down by BMC, followed by the actress moving to Bombay High Court which got stay orders on the demolition process.
Also the actress paid a visit to the Governor of Maharashtra, before returning to her hometown.
As she bid adieu to the city she tweeted that her analogy about comparing Mumbai to PoK was bang on. Kangana Ranaut’s tweet comparing Mumbai to PoK and then Taliban read, “Sanjay Raut Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai, after Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?” and “He (Maharashtra’s Cm Anil Deshmukh)is taking his own calls on my democratic rights, from POK to Taliban in one day.
