Hyundai Motor India Limited recently introduced the Aura CNG Hy-CNG, priced at ₹7.49 lakh ex-showroom. Hyundai will only offer the Aura Hy-CNG in its base ‘E’ ’ variant. The new model, named the Aura Hy-CNG E, is Hyundai’s response to India’s rising demand for more fuel-efficient, environmentally friendly cars.
Hyundai Aura CNG Hy-CNG features
The 8.89 cm (3.5″) speedometer with a multi-information display, adjustable rear seat headrests, driver seat height adjustment and front power windows are standard features of the Hyundai Aura. Furthermore, the vehicle features Z-shaped LED headlights.
In terms of safety features, six airbags, all-seat 3-point seat belts, seatbelt reminders, an immobilizer, an emergency stop signal, a speed alert system and rear parking sensors are included.
The Hyundai Aura Hy-CNG E variant is powered by a 1.2L Bi-Fuel petrol with CNG engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, producing 69 bhp at 6000 rpm and 95.2 Nm at 4,000 rpm. When running on fuel, the numbers are increased to 82 bhp and 113 Nm.
