Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, are overjoyed to announce the birth of their daughter on Monday, June 3, 2024. The proud new father took to social media to share the delightful news and provide a health update on both mother and baby.
In an adorable video posted on Instagram, Varun expressed his gratitude to well-wishers, saying, “Our baby girl is here 💞 Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby.” The heartwarming video featured Varun’s beloved pet dog, Joey, who is seen riding a lovely hot air balloon surrounded by flowers and gifts for the newborn. The baby’s birth date was elegantly displayed as June 3, 2024, and Varun and Natasha also requested privacy during this special time.
Although the name of the baby girl was not revealed, Varun lovingly referred to her as ‘Baby Dhawan’ in his post.
The post quickly garnered a flurry of congratulations from fans, followers, and Bollywood friends. Actress Esha Gupta commented, “Congratulations 🩷🩷🧿,” while Chitrangada Singh added, “Congratulations to the parents .. such a blessing! ❤️😇.”

The joyous news was also shared by Varun’s father, filmmaker David Dhawan, who spoke to the paparazzi outside Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai. Later, Varun’s mother, Lalli Dhawan, thanked the media as they extended their congratulations.
Varun and Natasha’s journey to parenthood began with their intimate wedding in 2021. The couple announced their pregnancy in February with a touching image of Varun kissing Natasha’s baby bump, captioned, “We are pregnant. Need all your blessings and love #myfamilymystrength.”
