After the involvement of CBI in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case, new revelations are coming forward everyday. After the shocking drug angle in the case, Narcotics Control Bureau have also been involved in the case. The NCB has earlier filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty on 26th August under Section 20, 22,27 and 29 of the NDPS Act. The NCB has booked Rhea, her brother and others against whom ED has prepared a case. And according to latest reports of TOI, NCB has filed a criminal case today against Rhea Chakraborty.
Today CBI has been questioning Rhea and her brother Showik for the fourth time and Sushant’s manager Shruti Modi have also been spotted in DRBO guesthouse. Earlier CBI has recorded statements of Siddharth Pithani, Neeraj Singh, Samuel Miranda, Keshav and Rajat Mewati.
In the mean time, according to Rhea’s lawyer statement given to TOI, he stated that Rhea has never consumed drugs and is ready for drug test if needed in future.
