The Consortium of National Law University postponed the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2020 to 28th September following a meeting held on Thursday. The exam, for both undergraduate and postgraduate college admissions, was previously going to be conducted on 7th September.
“The CLAT 2020 examination for both UG and PG candidates scheduled for 7th September 2020 has been postponed to Monday, the 28th September 2020 from 2 to 4 PM,” the notice on the consortium’s official website read. The consortium held a meeting to review the precautionary methods and the lockdown situation in the country to assess the feasibility of conducting the examination. The decision to postpone was taken after taking note of the lockdowns in Bihar and West Bengal.
