In a shocking revelation, a senior forensic officer claimed that toxic trace in a body last for nearly 6 hours and Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s autopsy was done much later, Times Now reported.

In a sting operation done by the same channel, the officer can be seen saying that toxic trace lasts for 6 hours in a body while the Bollywood actor’s autopsy was conducted nearly 10 hours after his body was recovered.

Meanwhile, AIIMS forensic chief Sudhir Gupta has also alleged discrepancies in the post-mortem report, saying the police must have taken the doctors’ second opinion as to why time of Sushant’s death was not mentioned in the autopsy report.

It is to be noted here that the cause of Sushant’s death has been identified as ‘asphyxia due to hanging’, as per the ‘Kedarnath’ actor’s post-mortem report.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment on June 14.
