Revanth Reddy to contest from two seats

According to the list of candidates released by the party, Revanth Reddy has been made the candidate from Kamareddy. Please note that Telangana Chief Minister KCR has also filed his nomination for this seat. Apart from this seat, CM KCR is also contesting from his traditional seat, Gajwel. Let us tell you that Revanth Reddy is also contesting from two seats. He was earlier declared a candidate from Kodangal assembly constituency. As part of the strategy to give a tough challenge to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and corner CM KCR by adopting an aggressive stance, the State Congress Committee President has been asked to contest the elections.

With this list, the Congress has announced candidates on 114 seats out of 119-seat state assembly. Remaining names might be declared soon after further meetings of party’s Central Election Committee.

Assembly elections in Telangana are scheduled on November 30, followed by counting of votes and declaration of results on December 3.
