The upcoming Hollywood movie starring Jason Momoa, “AQUAMAN AND THE LOST KINGDOM” has finally announced the new release date.

The movie is the sequel to the movie “Aquaman” released in 2018.

Originally, The upcoming film was set to hit the screens on Christmas Day of 2022.

But due to the lack of time for the Visual Effect team to get together and work because of the Covid-19 Virus and much-needed lockdown, the release date was pushed to March 17, 2023.

But this time too, the date didn’t work for the movie’s release which is why, the release was once again rescheduled to Christmas Day this year.

Directed by James Wan, the movie stars, Josan Momoa and Amber Heard, who were also part of “Aquaman” the first part of the movie, as the main leads.

Apart from them, the movie also stars, Ben Affleck, Nicole Kidman, Patrik Wilson, Yahya Abdul Mateen II and Willem Dafoe.

The first part of the movie “Aquaman” was recorded as the highest-grossed DCEU movie with a worldwide collection of $1.150 Billion.

Aquaman grossed $335.1 million in the United States and Canada and $813.4 million in other territories.

Now all the fans around the globe are wondering if the sequel too will be able to hit the box office again.
