Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in abetment to suicide of the actor. Rhea filed a petition to transfer the case from Bihar to Mumbai. The apex court heard the plea today and hearing of the matter will be done after a week.

The apex court has also reportedly accepted Bihar government’s request of a CBI probe into this matter. The Centre also said “truth should come out so far as actor’s death is concerned,” reported PTI.
Sushant committed suicide on June 14 in his Bandra apartment. After KK Singh filed an FIR against the late actor’s girlfriend and five others in Patna, the Bihar Police has also been actively involved along with the Mumbai Police.
