It was a proud moment for the Indian wicket-keeper batter to wear India’s Test Jersey. Srikar Bharat explained that how difficult is to keep the ball behind the stumps. Srikar Bharat have to prove himself in order to stay with the team as he got the chance because Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant is recovering and not well.
“Thanks to all the people who supported me over the years. Keeping comes with a lot of challenges and you need to be proactive with the DRS. It’s not just catching the ball, but you should be understanding where the ball is landing. I’m definitely enjoying the role,” said Srikar Bharat ahead of the second day’s play in Nagpur.
