Ever since Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, a constant demand for a CBI investigation has been coming up from his fans and many other celebrities too. The actor committed suicide on June 14 and actors like Kangana Ranaut, Shatrughan Sinha and Shekhar Suman have expressed that a CBI probe should take place.

Following the same, Member of Parliament Chirag Paswan recently shared the news through a tweet that he has spoken to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray about the CBI Probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.

Chirag Paswan revealed the details of his conversation with the CM through tweets. He mentioned that Maharashtra’s CM has assured him that a thorough interrogation has been going on by the Mumbai Police and at any point, if they’ll feel that there is a need for a CBI Probe then the CM will give the orders.

As reported by Spotboye, earlier, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar’s son Parth Pawar wrote a letter to Maharashtra’s Home Minister Anil Deshmukh requesting a CBI inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. He shared the copy of the letter on Twitter and wrote, “With the whole country, especially youth, seeking a proper investigation into the death of Late Sushant Singh Rajput, I urged Hon. @AnilDeshmukhNCP ji to take national emotions into consideration & initiate a CBI investigation.”
