In a recent interview with Republic, she questioned Mumbai police on why are they not calling Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra and Mahesh Bhatt for investigation. Now the actress went on to call Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhasker ‘B-grade actresses’ and questioned their support for Karan Johar. After which, Taapsee replied and said in an interview that she refuses to ‘take advantage of someone’s death for personal vendetta’.
In reply, Kangana’s team took to Twitter and accused Swara Bhasker, Taapsee Pannu and Richa Chadha of deviating the conversation over Sushant’s death. In a recent tweet, Swara addressed Kangan’s comment. She wrote, “Nepotism के गेहूँ के चक्कर में हम needy outsiders और B grade actresses भी पिस जाते हैं।,” which translates to, “Because of nepotism, we needy outsiders and B grade actresses also get impacted.” Check out her tweet below.

Richa also extended her support for Taapsee after Kangana’s explosive interview went viral. In a tweet, Richa wrote, “Thanks @taapsee for highlighting that the need of the hour is solidarity and sanity. When shoots have come to a standstill, cast/crew have no jobs, we must create a positive work culture! Let’s desist from anything counter-productive that’ll increase toxicity in our industry!”
