Looking back both India and the US had held a 2+2 Ministerial meet in New Delhi, in October 2020. And soon after that, an inter-sessional 2+2 bilateral meet was staged in September 2021. All exchanges were purely based on 3 major aspects 1) the South Asian Development, 2) the Western part of the Indian Ocean, and 3) the Indo-Pacific corridor.
