Bhopal, Feb 21 (UNI) The novel coronavirus snuffed out a couple of lives over the past 24 hours in Madhya Pradesh thus making the cumulative toll touch 10,717 even as 847 fresh instances of infection were detected during analysis of 68,756 samples thereby taking the infected tally to 10,35,287 including 10,17,673 who recuperated; 1,475 during the period under review consequently making active cases decline to 6,897 and the positivity rate drop to 1.2 per cent. A Health Services Directorate bulletin issued tonight said that the latest fatalities occurred in Ashoknagar district. Bhopal was the sole district that spawned fresh patients in triple figures 151 even as Barwani, Bhind, Burhanpur and Morena did not report a single new sufferer.
