Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s rumored girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has reached Cooper Hospital to pay last respects to the actor. The Raabta star died hanging himself yesterday at his Mumbai himself. Sushant and Rhea were linked together for a while and the two were often spotted together at various outings.
Although the two never confessed that they are certainly dating, there social media posts gave little bit imagination to this talk. Dressed in a simple white suit, the actress appeared heartbroken as she arrived. Rhea looked visibly shaken by the tragedy.
The actor’s funeral will be held today in Mumbai’s Vile Parle and his last rites will be performed at the Pawan Hans Crematorium. According to the autopsy report, the temporary cause of death as asphyxia due to hanging. Sushant is survived by his father and four sisters. His father and close relatives have arrived in Mumbai for the last rites.
Meanwhile, Dattatreya Bargude, the Assistant Commissioner of Police shared that no ‘note’ was found at his residence.
The official statement by the actor’s PR team reads, “It pains us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We request his fans to keep him in their thoughts and celebrate his life, and his work like they have done so far. We request media to help us maintain privacy at this moment of grief. – Team SSR.”
The actor was 34 and the news of his death has left the entire film industry in shock.
