Kangana Ranaut is getting continuous applause for the film Thalaivii. Particularly, her acting in the film is being admired. The film is a biopic of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and great leader Jayalalithaa. But, very less people are aware that Jayalalithaa herself wished to see Aishwarya Rai playing her character. Veteran actress Simi Garewal Thalaivi had attended the special screening of the film. After seeing the film, she gave his response on Twitter and also revealed this.
She said, “Altho I do not support #KanganaRanaut’s radical comments..I do support her acting talent. In #Thailavii she gives it her heart & soul! Jaya-ji wanted Aishwarya to play her..my hunch is JJ wud hv approved of Kangana’s portrayal👍. As for @thearvindswamy he is MGR reincarnate!!”

Along with this, she has also written that , “Jaya’s childhood has been not showed in the film. I wish they had not done so, Jayalalithaa’s story would have had more impact but these are my views.” Other from Kangana Ranaut in the film, Madhu, Prakash Raj, Jisshu Sen Gupta, Bhagyashree and Poorna played the main characters.
The film is receiving very good reviews from critics and audience as well. The film released in theaters on Friday and it is anticipated to be available on the OTT platform as well.
Apart from Thalavi, Kangana Ranaut also has many projects in her hand. Kangana is nowadays shooting for action film Dhaakad in which she will be seen alongside Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta. Other than this, she is also working in Tejas. In this film, she will be seen playing the role of an Air Force pilot.
