Late actor Irrfan Khan’s eldest son Babil Khand has decided to drop out of college as he wishes to focus completely on building his acting career. He took to his Instagram to share the news and penned an emotional note as he quits University of Westminister, England.
He shared a post where he can be seen holding a camera, he appears to be filming something which might be a part of his three-year course in BA (in Film). He captioned the post, “I will miss you so much. My beautiful friends. I have a very tight circle here in Mumbai, literally 2-3 friends in total. You all gave me a home in a strange cold place and made me feel like I belonged. Thank you, I love you. Film BA, dropping out today, with over 120 credits cause I’m giving it all to acting as of now. Goodbye university of Westminster. I love you my truest friends,” tagging a couple of people, he concluded.
Many social media users wished him luck for the new beginnings. One wrote, “Looking forward to watching you crush it…good luck in your next chapter mate.” Another wrote, “All the best bro, follow the flare.”
On the work front, Babil is gearing up to make his acting debut with Netflix’s ‘Qala.’ Recently, he also announced that he is a part of a film directed by Soojit Sircar and produced by Ronnie Lahiri.
