We are shocked and left in despair with the untimely demise of music director, singer, and composer Wajid Khan of Sajid-Wajid duo. He was 42.
Today, the news of his demise was revealed by music composer Salim Merchant on Social Media and it left the whole film fraternity in shock.
Wajid khan had tested positive for the novel coronavirus a few days ago. He was also suffering from Kidney infection and had undergone kidney transplant a few months ago.
Sajid Khan, brother of Wajid Khan was spotted at the Versova cemetery where Wajid Khan is laid to rest in peace. He attended the cremation ceremony with other few loved ones with tears in his eyes. It is the same place, where the final rites of actor Irrfan Khan was performed. His funeral procession was also attended by actor Aditya Pancholi.
