The Republican National Convention is set to kick off on Monday and will run through Thursday. In other words, the 4-day convention is scheduled to take place between August 24 and 27.
A small number of Republican leaders will be physically present in Charlotte, North Carolina on Monday, but most of the convention will be virtual.
The main theme of the convention is “Honoring the Great American Story.”

All delegates attending the event have been directed to wear face masks. The guest list was pruned to a great extent in order to follow social distancing measures. Temperature checks and symptom tracking would also be carried out at the venue.
