A massive fire broke out in the Ajman region of the UAE at around 6:30 p.m, yesterday. Many firemen were called to the scene and it took about four hours to control the spread.

No causality has taken place, according to the reports. However, several market units have been demolished and burnt down by flames.

As per the reports “Ajman firefighters have cordoned off the site and used water and foam in extinguishing the blazes which have broken out in many shops therein.”

“Four civil defence centres are involved in fighting the big inferno,” sources added.

The Ajman explosion comes a day after a few explosions rocked Beirut ‘s urban coastline, killing more than 100 people and inflicting $5 billion in destruction and injuring about 4,000 people in the city. Massive Explosion at Beirut: Capital of Lebanon
