pic.twitter.com/yvmFgdNVnJ

Shinzo Abe is 65 years old. Recently, he completed a record 2,799-day tenure at the helm. But there was no celebration as his health was faltering.
Abe will address a news conference today making his personal medical issues public. Japan has so far recorded only 64,668 COVID-19 cases and 1,226 deaths. The tally is not worrying, even much less than many other countries, but the economy is worst affected by the pandemic.
