The Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) announced on Thursday that close to 170 trucks carrying humanitarian goods entered the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, September 10, through the Kerem Shalom and Zikim crossings.

According to COGAT, the shipments included UN fuel tankers intended to power essential humanitarian systems across the enclave. In addition, over 250 patients and caregivers, mostly children, were allowed to leave Gaza through the Kerem Shalom Crossing, continuing via the Allenby Bridge Crossing for medical treatment in a third country.

The agency added that around 310 trucks’ worth of humanitarian aid were collected from the Gaza side of the border by the United Nations and other foreign organizations for local distribution.

The update comes as aid operations in Gaza continue under difficult conditions, with international organizations pressing for greater access to ensure critical supplies reach civilians.
