Forbes has published their list of the finest firms to work for in Canada in 2023. According to MTL Blog, the ranking is based on a poll of over 10,000 Canadians on their employment experiences.
According to the specifics, the complete list contains 300 enterprises, but three Montreal-based organisations have made it into the top 100. All of these companies were chosen from a pool of 2,900.
The highest-ranking Montreal-based firm on the list is Hydro-Québec, which has nearly 20,000 workers and is ranked seventh. According to the research, this form is the highest-ranked utility firm on the list, and it received top place in Forbes’ 2022 list of Canada’s greatest employers for diversity.
Concordia University in Montreal, which employs 7,000 people, is ranked 16th.
Desjardins, a Quebec-based corporation, comes in at number 35 on the list. The Jewish General Hospital in Montreal is ranked 65th and employs slightly under 5,000 fairly pleased staff.
