Explosion in East Sussex sees a Dark Cloud forming over the City

On 8th August, 9:30 am GMT, East Sussex and Newhaven, residents reported hearing an explosion.

On 8th August, 9:30 am GMT, East Sussex and Newhaven, residents reported hearing an explosion. Reports suggest that the fire broke out in a warehouse on at the seaside port. A cloud of black smoke can be seen forming.

Since then there have been over 10 fire fighting crews deployed trying to stop the fire and control further damage. East Sussex Fire and Rescue Services said that they received more than 30 calls on 999 reposting the fire on Beach Road.
