The US State Department advisory also said dependents (spouses and children) would be permitted to
travel along with primary visa holders.
“Travel by applicants seeking to resume ongoing employment in the United States in the same position with the same employer and visa classification,” the state department advisory said.
The administration has approved travel by technical experts, senior-level executives, and other staff holdings
H-1B visas and their travel is required to promote America’s immediate and continued economic recovery.
