Twitter addressing It’s security issue faced by certain Android devices. Twitter Inc said on Wednesday that it had repaired the security related problems that could have allowed hackers to access private Twitter data, including messages, of some android users.
The Microblogging site said it was unaware of the fact that the security issue was compromised, adding it had updated Twitter’s Android app to prevent it from access to its data. Twitter claim that it was an underlying Android security issue and was not a hack or breach, nor was it related to any recent security problems.
On 15th July, hackers accessed the Social media company’s internal system and hijack some of its Top leaders including U.S. Presidential candidate Joe Biden, reality TV star KIM Kardashian, former U.S. President Barack Obama and billionaire Elon Musk and used them too.
