Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, 34 sudden demise has left all of us in shock and with grief. Sushant took his life at his Carter Road apartment by hanging himself to the ceiling fan. He was found dead at around 12:30 in the afternoon of 14th June, ’20.
According to media reports, Sushant’s last rites would be performed in Mumbai itself. His mortal remains would be taken to Vile Parle crematorium, where his last rites would be performed around 4 PM today.
Meanwhile, Bollywood celebs are showing up for Sushant’s last rites. Sushant’s rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was snapped as she arrived at Cooper Hospital to pay her respects. Sushant’s ‘Raabta’ co-actor and rumoured ex, Kriti Sanon was also spotted as she reached for actors last rites. Earlier Casting director Mukesh Chabbra was one of the first people to show up at Sushant’s resident. Mukesh is also the director of Sushant’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’, which is yet to be released. Co-Stars from Sushant’s last release Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Sharma also reached at the last rituals of SSR. Abhishek Kapoor with with Pragya was spotted too.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s last rites to be performed at the Vile Parle cremation ground. Sushant’s sister Neetu Singh and brother-in-law OP Singh, reached Bandra on Sunday. While his father and other family members have also arrived in Mumbai from Patna.
The cause of death is reported to be asphyxia due to hanging, as suggested in the provisional post mortem reports. The last rites would take place today and his family has flown down to Mumbai for it.
Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, who lives in USA, will be flying to India on June 16.
